what vegetables & fruits should avoided during breastfeeding

A. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate, Soy , Peanuts, Citrus fruits.

A. hello it is fine to have all fruits and vegetables and even the green leafy vegetables which should be e safe and not a problem and it is just that you should avoid any gassy causing vegetables which should then be fine and not a problem.. also avoid heat causing food intake
