For the height gain indulge in some physical activity like hanging, stretching, running, swimming, basket ball etc.
Height is genetic and depends on the height of the parents.
Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
