POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop a bit for other food intake. Till then either feed breastmilk or formula milk only. Feed in every 3-4 hours which should include atleast 2 times night feed too.
