Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can increase your breast milk by eating good and healthy diet. Include green vegetables in your diet. Also drink lots of water in a day. Drink milk twice in a day and add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Also consume soup. Eat fruits in between.
