What to eat to get periods on spot back is panning n stomatch Pervious month took 10 medecine to delay the periods so this month back is panning a lot

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to try to do hot compress on the back with the help of a heating bag it is advisable that you must try to make sure that you consume light food during these days
