what to eat for glowing skin after delivery

A. Eat lots of green veggies, fresh fruit s, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.. .have plenty of fluids, and Maintain healthy diet and hygine. better to use herbal things on skin.

A. avoid oily foods and eat healthy. Hydrate well. cut down sugary and packed foods and follow good skin care routine.
