If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular ekoxercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supplemfents suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment

So did you get an epidural done in the first place because epidural can lead to back pain in general also says that was not the case then you should have done Keagle exercises after your delivery that really helps in releasing a lot of pain and tightening up the vaginal muscles so you start doing that along with that start using basic yoga exercises that is going to help in reducing down the pain as wellWrite Your Answer Here
