AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, there is no blood in stool, motions are not excessively watery, then no need to worry about the frequency of stool. Take care
