Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or sebiasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Allegra 10 drops you can give twice in a day along with that also I do recommend recommended to check with your doctor for medication this is a basic antiallergic that I’m suggesting you so kindly get a check with your doctor for further medication
