so meet your doctor who will tell you whether it is within the normal limits according to the height of the parents or not.
the doctor will calculate mid parental heightx and then tell you whether any intervention in the form of supplements is required or not.
it is advisable that the child should take some amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and ffruits daily according to the age of the child.
regular physical activity is also important to increase the weight and height of the child.

but yes for better height , you can feed green veggies, fresh fruits, multigrain food etc more
as a child grow ,practice activities like cycling, stretching, jumping etc
