What to do to increase breastmilk? how frequently to feed?

A. Hello mam Ideal it should be demand feed pattern but u can feed the child every 2-3 hrs Methidana leaves, methidana seeds, milk, paneer, oats, daliya , daliya with milk and jaggery, fruits, fresh vegetables , ragi, saunf, jeera, sprouts ( boiled ) , alsi, ajwain helps in increasing breast milk supply Have 1 glass of water before feeding Water 3-4 litre per day

A. You Consult a lactation doctor and then you can go ahead with the consultation with your doctor and then they will advise you with the right lactation supplement that you can start with also you should feed your child on demand as that’s the right way to go about it
