what to do on forehead bump which baby gets on fall on forehead. big round lump gets created on forehead.what to do immediately what to apply . hot compress or cold compress? what mecidine to apply on lump ? still 2-3 sometime it still remains little bit in green color. how to treat this in general ?

This is skin allergy.
