Crocin or whatever paracetamol you have given till now repeat it every six hours for the child along with that you can do Thande Paani ki patti that usually helps a lot in reducing down the temperature so that’s what you can do and medicine can be repeated every six hours if the fever doesn’t subside by 72 hours and please visit your doctor
