Q.
What to do if you notice infantile spasms? And the baby is active she shakes her leg hand everything but for a second she pauses like infantile spasms

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. this need for diagnosis and medication which you had a continue at least for few months okfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Infantile spasms usually are treated with seizure medicines or steroids. If medicines don't control the spasms, a special diet, such as the ketogenic diet, might help. Sometimes, doctors may recommend surgery.
