mam,it is too early to expect it.
kids at this stage of age are moody and mostly engaged with their surrounding.
so whenever you want to tell something to your child , instead of yelling,go near your child ,make an eye contact and say whatever you want in firm voice.
eventually your child will definitely learn to listen you.
