RidaaGuardian of a 1 yr 4 m old girl10 months agoA. you can give oats, ragi, fruits purees but start with liquid like lentils water, cooked rice water etc., according to me you should avoid adding salt and sugar until baby completes his first year.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl10 months agoA. Then why are you giving package food to the child you should always look for giving healthy home-made foods to the child which would be better healthy and you can add salt and spices into that for proper flavours that your child is going to like it
