Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gasvttroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infecgtion which needs antibiotics treatment

Entrogermina you can give this twice to your child as of now this is going to be beneficial but yes it is equally going to be important for you to get a check with your doctor because sometimes these things can happen due to basic reason that when a child is having its teeth and sometimes it could be due to stomach infection and we cannot ignore that so better to have a clarity with you treating doctor on this
