A. Its high so check with your doc for this and they will tell u what’s meant to b done and also what all kind of diet u need to follow for the same .. as that’s going to n good enough as of now and that’s going to n more more helpful

Hello Recently my full body checkup was done and I have found that my cholesterol is very high. total cholesterol 266mg/dl, HDL 81mg/dl, LDL 190mg/dl I have gained around 7 kg weight after delivery in 3 month because of the ghee rich food and less activity. Do I need to take any medication related to cholesterol or this will reduce after I go back to normal diet. I am also attaching my cholesterol report.
