Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give onlyz symptomatic treatment that is for fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctorz
please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.

When the CRP levels are high you see this is basically because of an intestine infection so for this a proper course of antibiotics would be required you need to get in touch with your Pediatrician they will help you with the right medicine and antibiotics that you need to give for at least 3 to 5 days to get rid of the infection
