Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. No medicine required for this Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines

constipation is common in breast feed babies .
Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry.
