What to do if a 4 month old baby is constipated. Also she is on top feed 100%

A. Namaste Mom, Slightly try to dilute the formula, as the water ratio could be a little more than the formula, observe for bloating or gas formation, give tummy time, massages to the abdominal area , cycle movements etc would be helpful
