Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. u can Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Right now it is more of seasonal and both viral are better to check with your paediatrician to know what is the reason behind it as according to that they can help you with further medication or any other precaution you need to take or any food alteration if it is needed to be done
