what to do for more flow of breast milk how to feed baby

A. Hello mom You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan. And take at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this you should also start taking jeera and ajwaain regularly it will help in increasing breast milk. And you have to feed your baby from both the side.
