good morning doctor. my breast feed milk stopped after 3 month of delivery. but I want to feed my baby. how can I start the milk flow again.

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Make a good skin contact with your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
