To gain proper growth nutrition plays an important role . please óffer protein rich diet like egg, soyabean, pulses,sprouts also add energy in food in terms of gheeand sweet. You must indulge kid in exercise and different outdoor games to stimulate bone growth centres. Also consult with pediatrics endocrinologist.
