to make this time as easy as possible ,here I provide a list of what is useful and what is harmful during this period:
THINGS TO DO:
1.visit your gync as per scheduled appointment.
don't miss the appointments.
But ,Bloody vaginal discharge or swelling of hands,face are occasions for an unscheduled visit to doctor.
2.get flu vaccine.discuss for this with your gynecologist.
3.Eat a balanced diet.protine should be main component of your diet.it is good for fetal growth.
4.Eat frequent and small meals.
include more fiber in your diet.
5.drink plenty of liquids.
6.take pregnancy vitamins which are prescribed by your gynecologist.
7.watch your weight.
steady weight gain is an important indicator of healthy pregnancy.
8.stay physically active.
if your pregnancy goes well , you should ask your doctor for allowing training , exercising that will help your body prepare for giving birth and for recovery afterward.
9.take enough sleep.
10.renew your wardrobe
you are likely to feel uncomfortable in your regular outfits and wearing them can slow down blood circulation.
11.you can start to use anti stretch marks cream
12.stay Happy and positive
THINGS TO AVOID:
1.don't take any medicines without consulting your gynecologist.
2.don't let stress in your life.
3.Don't lie on your back ,prefer to sleep on left side.
4.Don't wear high heels
5.Don't take airted cold drinks , don't smoke
