what to apply on head there r red rashes on it

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. The rashes could sometimes be seen because of cradle cap scalp or heat in the body so currently I would recommend you to apply a mix of Kapoor and coconut oil that usually is very benefiting for you to use that’s what you can use as of now and hopefully that is going to give you better results over the period
