Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. for perianal/perigenital rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the the p perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

Apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly and please do not make your child wear diaper on top of that because if you keep using diapers regularly are going to increase even more and they will become fourth so just take to Boroline apple every 2 to 3 hours
