A. Academy of Dermatology recommends that all kids — regardless of their skin tone — wear sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Although dark skin has more protective melanin and tans more easily than it burns, tanning is a sign of sun damage.

A. Hai good morning !! Sunscreen is important to all even for infants from 6+ month onwards it is recommended but spf 20 is enough. It must be in a skin care routine like moisturiser for protecting from harmful UV rays ,sun burn. For babies spf 20 is enough also sunscreen + moisturiser also available. Mamaearth sunscreen for babies is good Separate sunscreen with 2 different mineral based calendile extract, wheat germ oil and shea butter.. Or else sunscreen with moisturizer(body lotion) with spf 30 Vitamin C & other is ubtan.
