You can begin with foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, khichadi, vegetable dal rice.
Seasonal fruits
Milk products like curd and paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed baby.

Hello mom A six-month-old baby needs to be given semisolid and mashed food only you can initially start with small quantity and then gradually increase the quantity and the variety as well and you can alternate it with your feed so you can give him steamed and mashed vegetables or soups, fresh fruit juices or in a mashed form apart from this you can give ragi, Suji, multigrain mix porridge or a Khichdi ,curd, ghee etc
