Give food cooked at home. Start with dal water veggie water rice water coconut water etc and gradually give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups etc.
Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime
