what should mother eat so that baby don't suffer from gas

A. dear mom. she can have regular family meals including oats, papaya, green veggies and fresh fruits. dry fruits. drink water boiled with ajwain, jeeta. saunf, dill seeds. avoid consuming gases producing food, spicy, fried food, junk food, tea, coffee.
