RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 months agoA. Currently you should not use diapers the rashes are severe apply Boroline anti septic cream and if you have to use something maybe you can try using cloth diapers but I would avoid you for applying every 3 to 5 hours for faster healing
