Hey mom for you 7 months old baby you can start with Rice and dal blended, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,chicoo..start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.

Now you baby is seven months old and you can add many things in babies regular diet plan. Now you should start giving cereals, Chapati, oats , ragi, egg, coconut water, vegetables, fruits, rice. All these things are very healthy for babies and maybe should take at least four meals in a day
