Have small and frequent meals
Reduce the intake of high salt food like biscuits, bread, namekeen and junk and ready to eat food
Add more fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet
Reduce salt and seasoning like oregano, black pepper and lemon in dishes to cover up extra salt
Sleep properly and most importantly do not take stress and stress increases bp..
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, of course you should everything healthy. To prevent high BP you should cut down your Normal salt intake. As salt is the main culprit for high BP.
Also stay tension free, do not stress. You will never have BP problem unless it is hereditary.
