What should I do to improve eyesight of my child? He is complaining about less visibility of far objects.

A. Carrots, sweet potato, eggs, spinach, green leafy vegetables, salmon, soya bean, walnuts, eggs, brocoli, guava, grapefruit, orange helps to improve eye sight. But if the child is complaining about visibility you should get his eyes examined by an opthalmologist and put glasses if necessary.
