what should I do to delay my pregnancy for next 4 years should I have tablet or any other option is there??

Instead of tablet it would be better that you get an injection done from time to time which is going to help in avoiding pregnancy for 3 to 6 months and so on there are more comfortable because then you’ll be hasslefree no point of taking tablets and all these injections are completely safe
