Avoid distractions during mealtimes like TV, laptop, mobile phones, tablet etc. The family should eat all meals together so that the kid learns good and healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Let her decide what she wants to eat and you can give healthy limited options. For example, do you want a cheese sandwich or a paneer sandwich?

Offer food in small portions and give more only when she asks. Offer foods in colourful plates and quirky mugs. Give her a bowl and a spoon to eat with. Let her play with the food and make a mess and this is how she will learn to eat independently.
