Hi Iron omega-3 have a very healthy diet which is essentially very important during this time you can also make an onion coconut oil which you can apply at least three times in the week and shampoo I would recommend you Sebamed hair fall and make sure that you do a good diet and healthy diet to lose weight and workout also
