Continue to exclusively breastfeed baby, well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Keep Babyhug medicine spoon handy. Good luck and take care

Constipation is normal and there is nothing that you need to do but of course for diarrhoea you can consult your doctor once they can help me with the correct medication that would be required to be used for your child in order to reduce the issue that is there
