what should I do for increasing breast milk supply

A. First thing is always remain hydrated, drink lot of fluids. You can add Green leafy vegetables, milk, protein rich food like pulses, carrot, beetroot, Fenugreek, Fennel and almonds & nuts to your diet. if still not effective, you can use suppliment like lactaway along with these diet.

A. Hello good afternoon !! For increasing breast milk supply have lactating foods in diet. Milk and diary products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk, Fennel seeds. Give direct breast feed the more baby latches the more milk produces,have more water and fluids for hydration.
