Q.

#asktheexperts What should be the teaspoon to fed 6 months baby? I started with 10 tiny spoons not teaspoons as it’s very small spoon . And initially started with rice water and dal water. Have just started with carrot as pumpkin puree. What should be the diet chart ?

A. You should feed your child 50 into 20 teaspoons when we calculate the spoon is smaller than that also then you can decide the quantity of food to be given to the child how much ever your child is liking to eat so that’s what you can give and you started with vegetable Pures now you can give fruits also you can give Khichdi and Delhi also that’s also a good and healthy option to be given
