what should be the right height n weight of a 5 years child n also appropriate diet to find out whether the child is eating sufficient or not

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, appropriate height of 5 years old child can be around 105cms to 110 cms. And ideal weight of 5 years old child can be around 17 kgs to 21 kgs. It all depends on child's hereditary.
Give your child ever to eat. But must include fruits in his diet. And also give supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only .
