RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. The weight by the time of 18 months should be somewhere around 11 and the height could be about 2.5’ x 2’ to 2 1/2 feet would be depending upon the birth height and the genetics of the child for every child weight and height is different
