at 6 months, just one meal a day is sufficient
Gradually you can add one meal each month
You can start with Handmashed Vegetables or Fruits.
No need to PUREE it. Just mashed with fingers
Add some ghee/Oil in it
You can also give ragi porridge/thick mashed dal.
Avoid adding salt and sugar till one year
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can begin with moong dal ka Pani 5 to 6 spoons 2 to 3 times in the day. Do this for 2 days and look for any indigestion in the baby, increase the quantity if everything remains fine..
Also Gove rice water, watery Khichdi, home made Cerelac, apple pure etc the same way you gave moong dal ka Pani
