what should be the diet chart of 7 month baby. he is on breast milk and semi solids. but problem is that slowly my supply is reducing but he is not adjusting with formula. so what should I do

well,at age of 7 months ,child can take semisoild food twice or thrice in a day
but along with that,it is advisable to give breasfeeding as per Child's needs
so please provide it as and when it is needed,it Naturally increase your breastmilk supply
you can take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular to increase your breastmilk supply
