A. Hi mom, baby's weight usually depends on birth weight, hence we can expect baby to gain about 500 gm to 1 kg in a momth, double at 6 months and triple at the age of 6 months. small deviation is absolutely fine. if your baby is active, happy and reaching milestones properly, then nothing to worry. as baby is of 3 months, continue exclusive breastfeeding for complete 6 months. feed on regular intervals, maintain good hygiene , avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

A. hello since the baby is 3 months old now you can expect your child weight be e 2 kg and addition to what the birth weight was and please note that if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain and absolutely nothing to worry
