what's the iron rich food for 2 years old baby.. how to increase their hemoglobin..

A. dear Mum, for your 2 years old child, you can give iron rich foods like Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens. Beet root, sitaphal. Dry fruits like dates, black currant munakka, prunes, figs as it is or soaked overnight. In grains Bajra, poha is good. Give whole pulses like kala chana, beans, rajma, sprouted pulses. Give seasonal fruits especially citrus like orange, mousambi, berries, guava, before food for good iron absorption. If non veg then give organ meat, fish, poultry.
