A. p there is an optional vaccine to prevent Japanese encephalitis for which you can consult your local pediatrician to get the vaccination done To get proper guidance about this , you need to visit your consulting doctor who will advise the proper approach for resolving this problem and help you out in clearing the doubts as well as suggest you with appropriate treatment if required. It is difficult to comment here also it is not possible to provide every details required.
