what medicine should I give to my baby, he has no fever, but little bit running nose and also sneezing, due to this his eyes is also watery. And he don't have cold. please suggest medicine so that this mild situation doesn't convert into cold fever

This is all because of change in weather in such case you should always try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. Still baby doesn’t get to leave then consult with your doctor about
